Bootcamp Tracker is how your trainer or gym runs their training groups — sessions, attendance, your remaining classes and reminders — all in one place. You use it from your browser on any device, with nothing to install. You can switch between English and Spanish any time from the account menu, and your data is hosted in the EU (Spain).
Open the join link your trainer shares (it looks like /g/CODE) or accept an email invite, then sign up and link your account. Once linked you only ever see your own record — your class balance, your upcoming sessions and your check-in — never other members’ data.
Your balance is how many classes you have left. It goes down by one each time you attend a session, and your trainer tops it up when you renew. If you’re running low you’ll be able to see it, so you can ask your trainer for more before you hit zero.
RSVP to the sessions you want to attend. If a session is already full you’re added to a waitlist and promoted automatically when a spot frees up — no need to keep checking back.
Each session has a check-in link and QR code. Scan the QR or open the link when you arrive to check yourself in from your phone. It runs in the browser over HTTPS, so there’s no app to install.
You can receive reminders and updates by in-app notification, email and web push — all available today. Choose the channels you want in your notification settings so you only get what’s useful to you.
WhatsApp is planned as an extra reminder channel but isn’t connected yet, so messages aren’t sent over WhatsApp for now. Use email and web push in the meantime.
Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security, switch language or dark mode from the menu, and export or delete all of your data at any time from Security settings. Retention periods and subprocessors are listed on the Legal page.
