Bootcamp Tracker has an official connector for AI assistants. Add it once in Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), then ask about your groups in plain language or have it do the admin for you, always with your confirmation.

How to connect it
- In your assistant, add a custom connector (it may be called an app, integration or MCP server) with this address: https://bootcamptracker.app/mcp
- Sign in to Bootcamp Tracker with the code we email you. No account yet? Create one for free first (below) and set up your group.
- Review what the assistant asks for (read, or read and change data) and choose Allow. There are no keys or passwords to copy.

What it can do
Read (every plan)
Your groups and their overview, students and their remaining classes, a student’s record (recent payments, balance changes and attendance), sessions in a date range and who booked or attended, who is running low on classes, and your schedule.
Change data (paid plans)
Schedule, edit or move sessions, add or remove students from a session, give a waitlisted student a spot, take attendance (deducting classes), add or remove classes, record payments, add students and post announcements to a group.
You stay in control
- The assistant asks you to confirm before every change.
- Any change it makes can be undone for 24 hours, and always from the app.
- Your students’ email addresses and phone numbers are never shared with the assistant.
- See and revoke connected assistants in Security → Connected apps; revoking takes effect immediately.
- The assistant only sees what you see: co-trainers only get their own groups and permissions.
Frequently asked questions
Which assistants does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant or tool that supports remote MCP connectors with OAuth sign-in. The menu name varies by app: look for “connectors”, “apps” or “integrations” and add a custom one.
Does it cost extra?
The connector costs nothing extra. On the Free plan the assistant can read your data; to let it change data (take attendance, move sessions, record payments…) you need a paid plan. Using Claude or ChatGPT depends on your own subscription with them.
What if the assistant makes a mistake?
It asks you to confirm before every change and refuses obvious duplicates. If something still goes wrong, ask it to undo it: it can revert its own changes for 24 hours, for example deleting a session it created or giving back classes it deducted.
What does the assistant’s provider see?
Only what the assistant reads to answer you, never your students’ email addresses or phone numbers. That content is processed by the assistant’s provider under its own terms, on your behalf. The AI assistants section of our Privacy Policy explains this.
